I’ve visited many beautiful and interesting places in the world, but for me there is no place like Santa Barbara to call home.

Santa Barbara’s natural beauty of mountains that meet the ocean, the flavors of over 200 restaurants, the architecture and our rich cultural history are only some of the reasons I love Santa Barbara. These qualities and many more make our city one of the friendliest and rewarding places to live. I feel honored and fortunate to call it my home and work with fine people, helping with their real estate needs.

I was born and raised in the bay area, on the peninsula, and then our large family of nine moved to southern California. The year before I finished UCSB, I met my husband Kirk and together we raised our two children up through local public schools, off to colleges and beyond.

Before having kids, Kirk and I took a summer and bicycle toured through the Chateau country and Loire Valley of France, the Swiss Alps, and many other wonderful and intimate places in Europe, many of which can only be experienced in a “slow” tour like a bicycle trip.

I traveled to China for an eye opening experience, as the culture, landscape and architecture are so different than the western world. In all of my travels I have found that people are very kind and willing to go out of their way to help if needed. Every time I come home from travels like these or even short trips outside of Santa Barbara I’m always glad to be home.

Most of my days are spent working on real estate, seeing homes or working with clients, helping them get to their next destination, whether it’s upsizing, downsizing or investing. Every transaction is unique and my favorite part of the process is celebrating the close of escrow. When a person or a family finally moves in to their new Santa Barbara home it reminds me of what a wonderful, life changing experience it can be, and again how fortunate we are to be in this beautiful part of the world.
